We are investors that have various options. We may work with the city or county to change zoning, we may invest in features like driveways, we may pay to clear the land for potential builders, or we may pay surveyors to advise on how to make use of the land. We may contact our developer network to find new uses for the property. As a last option, we may research the details of the property and then take the time and money to promote it through our buyer network and other selling services to get it sold.
No. There are no costs for our services and we pay for all fees. We do this because we are investing in the property and expect to use our experiences and unique skillset in land to get a return on our investment in the future.
A purchase agreement is an offer to buy your land. It includes the purchase price and details of the sale. Once signed, we’ll start the processing of the sale, which includes a period where we review the land one last time and work with the title agency to complete the required transaction paperwork.
On the day you close, you get paid via a Wire or a Check. We want the transaction to be safe for us both, so we work with title agencies to handle the transaction.
10 business days from the day that we receive the signed purchase agreement from you is how quickly many customers get paid. The timing can vary based on title agency so it can take a little longer for various reasons. However we work closely with the agency to ensure a close as quickly as possible.
